Team leader Waste to Energy projects .Currently based in Portugal , Actively working in the waste to energy section .Looking for investment for a waste to energy project in Portugal utilising olive waste to generate electricity and activated carbon. My last project was in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia .Proir to that ,21 years management experience in Moscow at Director/ Senior management level, in the Real Estate, Construction , Fit out, Project management , Consulting, IT and Furniture industries.Prior to moving to working in Russia I was the Group Sales and Marketing Director of the Irton Furniture Group ,a large office furniture manufacturer, with a turnover of 35 million pounds in my last year with the group , reporting for 3 individual companies within the group and managing a team of around 45 .Main clients included the Bank of England ,Lloyds Bank,Cheltenham and Gloucester building society , Shell Oil , Mercantile credit etc. Russian projects include, Mercedes, Jones Lang LaSalle ,Google , Shell Oil, Citi Bank, Winston and Strawn, Alcon, Baker and Botts , Stanley Black and Decker, Nokia, Ecolab, Viasat, Rambler, Vermouth Asset Management, Meark, GLN, Rodder and Swartch , Billa supermarkets , Nestle uht milk plant .Over 75 major projects for western blue chip company's completed during this time in Russia.Established ability to strategize , plan and implement multiple initiatives in a timely manner and within budget guidelines.Proven negotiation skills, knowledge of Russian and International law , FIDIC and local contract requirements and full knowledge of International compliance requirements, extensive experience of Leed and Breem standards and good knowledge of green building and waste to energy projects. Consistent record of growing and expanding year on year turnover and profitability.Project management , Property Development and Facility management knowledge . I have the tenacity and personal drive appropriate for sourcing and securing new business.
