Responsible for site installation of all equipment for Dry Bottom Ash System Conversion of (2) Coal fired Boiler power plants wet ash handling systems. This was the first type of ash system conversion in the United States. Perform system evaluations, field inspections and make recommendations for various pollution control and material handling systems including ash and limestone injection. Manage equipment fabrication projects through CBPG Jesup Manufacturing facility and contracted suppliers. Manage outside resources for various system installations.

Worked on conversion of General Motors plant in Newport DE for manufacture of electric cars. Duties were directed towards facility renovation and repair and included project development of scope of work, preparation of specifications, bid process, vendor/contractor selection and construction management of various projects. Projects included: plant lighting upgrade; underground utility improvements; factory floor resurfacing; warehouse renovation; office renovation and fit-out; HVAC systems; roof repair and replacement; exterior building structure and wall coverings; fire, security and life safety systems; and general plant maintenance.

Project Manager for residential and commercial land development and municipal projects from conception through design, approval process and construction. Served in municipal capacity as Land Use Board engineer and Stormwater engineer. Design experience includes grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadway geometry and soil erosion and sediment control. Projects have included flammable drum storage facility, residential and commercial land development, senior housing developments, utility improvements and state funded municipal infrastructure projects.

Served as township engineer for municipalities in Cape May and Cumberland counties. Served as Planning, Zoning and Land Use Board Engineer in those townships to perform application reviews. Participated in Master Plan development for Township. Project manager for projects with various funding agencies including USDA, NJDCA, and NJDOT. Projects have included Road design, sewer and water system upgrade, ADA building renovations, recreational facilities, bulkhead installations, and MS-4 Stormwater Management implementation.

Responsible for capital projects and mechanical maintenance in VCT plant from initial start up through process development. Instituted shutdown methodology for equipment changeout due to wear and subsequent project implementation. Responsible for various capital improvement projects ranging in magnitude to $800K including Railcar unloading system, Limestone delivery system, Batching scale system for recyclable materials and pigments, Conveying, packaging and printing systems, Extrusion, Sheet Calendering, Size reduction and Particle sizing systems. Served as Chairman for Investigation Improvement Safety Committee for entire plant. • Realized a 6% improvement in press yield resulting in savings of $2.3 million by implementing capital improvement projects to packaging systems. • Improved department process efficiency by identifying downtime issues through Root Cause Analysis and reliability studies.

Responsible for directing engineering and maintenance of primary metals facility; expanding the maintenance staff to keep pace with operations growth; various capital improvement projects including: installation of water treatment plant for groundwater remediation, briquetting line, fine powder grinding systems, cryogenic grinding system, material blending systems, dust collection systems and furnace rebuilds. Developed PM program through lubrication analysis, vibration analysis and infrared scanning. Developed a functional storeroom operation for entire plant. Participated on new business development team evaluating capital costs and operational processes of companies considered for acquisition.
