These include a Hormonal production suite, a Potent compound Cytotoxic suite and humidity controlled Bottling and Blistering rooms.Direct Line Management responsibility for 30 staff and provide shift leadership for 60 operations staff incorporating Shift Supervisors, Line Leaders and Production Operators. Planning and resource allocation to ensure that the defined processes and targets were implemented and achieved in relation to the production plan, operational and quality standards, 5s, cost, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and health and safety.
