Responsible for Global Governments Maritime GX (Ka-Band) and L-Band Fleet Broadband offering. Responsibilities included the following tasks/activities:• Primary interface to all terminal manufacturers (at a technical and development level) to support Sales teams worldwide.• Drive the creation and dissemination of Government specific ‘products’ including terminal variants and network elements, pricing plans and packages for market needs.• Technical support for system installation & Site surveys being undertaken by partners/sub contractors.

• SME & focal point for Global Government knowledge on Inmarsat’s various L-Band Lease services across I3 & I4 networks

Operational single point of contact for escalation of IT service issues along with customer questions/concerns.
