To manage and report status to all teams, to co-ordinate RFQ activity in accordance to the Supplier Panel, to propose supplier selection and attain the teams validation of such, negotiate all materials, components, and tooling. To establish and agree supply routing in conjunction with site logistic teams and to alert Senior Management of program impacts and lead process to resolve.Key Responsibilities• Monitor, manage and report all new program activity across EU and Emerging Markets• Lead negotiations and generate applicable contractual documentation.• Generate RFQ via LiveSource and propose/manage validation of business award via Sourcing Committee • Main point of contact into Purchasing for all program managers. • Work with site Quality teams to ensure ppm targets are agreed to and ensure validation of all new awards• Introduce innovative solutions to programs and processes• Manage BOM data into project report then report milestones from the APQP date that are issued by the product line director. Alert any program related red flags and network within the team to ensure corrective action• Attend key program milestone reviews and communicate status across program teams and to group level senior management• Liaise with all site Purchasing Leads and Logistics Managers to ensure supply strategy for each new product is in accordance with local requirements with regard to Incoterms, packaging, Batch size, re-order process etc.
