At Washington Family Ranch, I collaborated with Operations and Project teams to open newly formed Middle School Camp on time and with sustained growth. Promoted in 2015 to manage both the High School and Middle School Camps, I managed a $7M annual budget and led a diverse full-time team and volunteer staff in creating a welcoming guest experience for over 9,000 High School and Middle School campers and leaders each summer. Focused on creating a culture of unity, inclusion, and authenticity, I provided strategic planning, operations management, performancereporting, and team guidance driving increased program growth. With responsibility for managing a large, complex camp program with innovative processes, programs, and guidelines, I built consensus, and balanced both the importance of efficiency and hospitality. On my watch we increased revenue $2M through camp attendance and participation. Based on my experience Young life requested I take on the role of National Guest Services Director where I helped develop curriculum and train 18+ Guest Services Managers nationwide on guest service regulations, safety, service, and quality. The program was adopted as best practice.

In this role, I directed guest services for a High School and Middle School year-round camp with over 20,000 guests annually. Fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and service, I led an engaged five-person team and nine interns including managing a $300K annual operating budget. Recognized for developing a strong guest services program with sustained growth, I established business processes and systems for the housekeeping and guest services teams. Also, I coordinated, supervised, and managed outreach programs, special events, and camping activities driving increased participation and revenue.

At Trail West, at a family-oriented 12-week camp supporting 300+ families per year and 1,500 guests per summer, I built trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and coordinating programs and activities, I led, trained, and coached a four-person guest services and housekeeping team and managed the annual department budget. Building a culture of trust, teamwork, and quality, I planned and managed camp activities, programs and events resulting in a superior guest experience.
