I have experience across high volume and low volume procurement from within the Automotive Industry and more recently Bio medical and Health Tech industries utilizing low volume, high model mix scenarios. I have experience working across multiple countries including Europe, USA, China and Australia with strong credentials managing a wide range of procurement tasks and activities engaging with multiple Stakeholders within tight timelines and defined budgets. My category experience spans across Tier 1 & 2 automotive industry in Europe and Australia, covering key direct commodities of machined components, injection moulding, sheet metal, cable assy, PCBA assy and range of custom OEM products, with experience sourcing wide range of indirect materials. Vast experience in preparation of initial RFQ tender documents, across a range of forecast build scenarios, utilising Engineering Drawings, CAD, PCBA Datapacks, for RFQ submission, conducting technical and feasibility reviews for Benchmarking, Negotiations with Suppliers and Stakeholders. Strongly encourage agile Supplier Development activity through prototype, initial production phases and launch production phases. Managing the on-time delivery of the materials through sound logistics management principles. Has excellent personal organisation skills, resourceful and efficient, is a great communicator, keen knowledge sharer within the team, change manager, and is effective at all levels within an agile and motivated organisation. Outside of work I hold a passion for the Formula one as a Scrutineer with over 15 years experience and will be seen at the Melbourne Grand Prix in pit lane, I am also a passionate cyclist and will be found riding on most weekends.
