Currently undertaking Project Management and Senior Project Engineering duties for BMD Infrastructure on the Fitzsimons Lane Upgrade Project tender and early works package for MRPV (Major Roads Projects Victoria). Works on the $110 million Project includes the upgrade of three main key intersections along Fitzsimons Lane and Williamsons Road in Templestowe to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety.Previously to this role, I undertook multiple roles as SEQ (Safety, Environmental, Quality) Lead, Surveillance Manager and Project Manager for the DoT (Department of Transport) on the $1.7B Safer Roads program.Works include the installation of safety barriers, additional lanes, roundabouts and improved intersections to help reduce the road fatality rate to under 200.

Advisian was contracted by Vic Roads to provide project management expertise to deliver the SSRIP program which is a $1.7 billion investment by the Victorian state government to improve road safety on Melbourne’s most dangerous roads. This contract was taken over by MBB in November 2018 where I continued my Project Management role on the SSRIP project.

Wheatstone

The Wheatstone LNG project was a $45 billion construction project for Chevron with Bechtel the EPCM contractor. It comprised of an offshore processing platform, 220km trunkline, and an onshore processing facility consisting of two processing trains. SMP Area Superintendent | May 2016 – Sep 2017 Seconded to the Bechtel team and responsible for the safe and timely delivery of various SMP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping) packages of the LNG plant including the Desalination and Waste Water treatment plants, Plant and Instrument air, Nitrogen and Refrigerant storage, Condensate pumps and metering stations, BOG compressors and associated tie ins to piperack modules and LNG tanks.Buildings Construction Manager | 2012 – April 2016Chevron Buildings Construction Manager for the LNG Plant Permanent Infrastructure Buildings and the Camp Construction Village for the projected 7500+ person workforce (total value $1.1bn). The buildings’ scope included site preparation, underground services installation, buildings construction and commissioning, roads and landscaping. Later seconded in Bechtel’s Buildings team in 2015.

The Pluto LNG project was an EPCM project for Woodside with Foster Wheeler Worley Parsons (FWW) the EPCM contractor. It comprised of an offshore processing platform, 180km trunkline, and an onshore processing facility consisting of a single processing train with an estimated cost of $14 billion. Buildings Supervisor | 2011 - 2012Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of upgrading an existing operating cyclone rated Process building to a blast proof Process building which had many challenges and construction constraints, and managed the execution of the plant permanent buildings contract.Civil Project Engineer | 2009 - 2012Focal point for all technical aspects of the civil finishing contract which included earthworks, concrete works, underground services installation, road works, HDPE lining works, WWTP upgrade, Process Building Upgrade, Dampier Port Authority security and road upgrade.Buildings Engineer | 2008 - 2011Focal point for all technical aspects of the Process and Permanent buildings contracts.

Project Engineer for the Mitchell Freeway Extension project involving the construction of a range of structures including the traffic and pedestrian bridges, pedestrian underpasses, retaining walls, rail tunnel and noise walls. The traffic bridge was made up of a precast pre-stressed beams, whilst the pedestiran bridge was both heavily reinforced and post-tensioned as the central spans were over 30m. Provided engineering, technical and contract support and assistance to the construction manager and construction staff
