• Directed and oversaw the International Youth Convention of the Church of God (attendance up to 6,840) and oversee 100+ staff and volunteers. • Oversaw and led national teams of up to 60+ combined members responsible for developing vision and programs. • Negotiated numerous contracts with cities, convention centers and hotels for up to 6,000 room nights, generating $5- 9+ million dollars for host cities.• Working with the US/Canada Strategy Team to fulfill vision and strategize direction and develop team members. • Helped create numerous ministry resources to be used by leaders around the world, handed off to leaders on five continents. • Helped vision, implement and oversee Spread the Word, a program enabling teenagers to financially make a difference around the world. Over $900,000 collected since inception in 2002 to 2018 distributed to 34 countries, impacting thousands of lives.• Regularly speaking to and training leaders worldwide.

Worked as consultant with Lead222, an international coaching organization that coaches youth pastors in professional skills and personal character, trains students and has partnered with Compassion International and Willow Creek Association
