As a Software Engineer, my area of expertise lies in leveraging GPU acceleration to enhance scientific computing. I am the creator of the NetSci library, a CUDA-based platform that significantly improves the processing of multi-dimensional datasets. My work enables researchers to detect and analyze complex, non-linear correlations at speeds not previously attainable, particularly within the realm of molecular dynamics simulations.At the heart of my contributions is the facilitation of groundbreaking discoveries in molecular behavior, such as novel allosteric interactions which occur on the nanosecond timescale. These interactions are crucial to understanding molecular mechanisms and can lead to significant advancements in fields like drug discovery.My proficiency with C++ and CUDA underpins my approach to building resilient, high-performance computational tools. Beyond algorithm development, I have applied my skills to cloud development projects on Google Cloud Platform, crafting scalable infrastructures that support extensive computational research.I am passionate about pushing the envelope of what's possible in computational efficiency and accuracy, and I am dedicated to solving some of the most challenging problems faced in scientific research today.
