Northallerton based but responsible for setting policy and standards across RSPB's operations in the UK and work with the International Directorate to develop good practice for work outside the UK. Activities include standard farming operations on 210+ reserves, involving volunteers, offices, catering and retail outlets, research work in remote areas, involving the public in events, investigating wildlife crime.From May 2014 working with the Environment Manager to help raise the profile of all things greening and environmental management within RSPB, and align the two systems.
