1) Developed the Nedbank Golf Challenge, Africa's Major, into a Rolex Series event as the penultimate tournament on the European Tour's Race to Dubai. Key roles included management of the relationship with Title Sponsor Nedbank, host venue Sun City, multiple support sponsors & suppliers and host broadcaster SuperSport. Amongst the key successes was an increase in media value of sponsor branding, enhancing the customer experience through sponsor activations & engagement within the public village and upgrading the tournament infrastructure to improve the hospitality experience.2) Development of the relationship with the Sunshine Tour to create co-sanctioned events within South Africa & Mauritius (European Tour and Challenge Tour).3) Creation of the Golf Sixes concept, now recognised by the R&A as Golf's short format designed to attract a new audience to the game. This has been taken forward by the Golf Foundation to further develop Golf at grass roots level, complimenting the Professional tournament format that has been played in the UK and Portugal in recent years.4) Created & developed the European Tour's Golfers with Disability programme, resulting in tournaments taking place during two Rolex Series events, the ASI Scottish Open & DP World Tour Championship.

Development of Tournament playing opportunities outside of North America for Professional Golfers over 50 years of age.Key Achievements during this period:Expanded the Tour up to 23 events in a SeasonSourced & Developed Key Relationships with sponsors across the Tour, such as Mastercard & RolexDeveloped the Senior Open Championship into a Senior Major, collaborating with the R&AGained access to the US Senior Majors for European Senior Tour MembersDeveloped television coverage across all events - Live, Highlights, Digital etc

Creation & Development of the official feeder tour to the European Tour.

Competed professionally on the European Tour & Safari Tour, maintaining a Tour Card throughout this time and playing in two Open Championships.
