CurrentResponsibility: ~Quality strategy/target creation, alignment, planning and deployment.~Build up the quality COE/SSC/BP team to enhance quality system and improve product quality.~End to End quality management for various business models(OEM/ODM/JDM) including product quality planning, production quality control and after-sales quality improvement.~ New product introduction and quality risk control including product compliance, design risk, product verification and validation, parts qualification, manufacturing availability and quality levels. And develop and maintain the mechanism of Product Quality Launch for marketing and supply chain strategy development.~ Supplier quality management including supplier strategy development, supplier selection, general quality contract and product quality agreement, quality system and process audit, part approval, manufacturing process control, performance monitoring and improvement.~Customer satisfaction (reviews and ratings) improvement and CoPQ (returns and refunds) reduction by collecting VOC and classifying the problems of product design, manufacturing control, logistics and user experience, transferring to CTQs and running improvement projects through DMAIC approaches.~Quality Information System planning, development and maintenance which cover the entire value chain including new product validation, part approval, supplier certification, product inspection, VOC collection and statistics analysis.~Build up after-sales quality service team in USA and EU and develop related way of working to take fast, professional and effective solutions to customers.Key Achievements: 1) built up quality management system from zero successfully and got certification.2) built up quality information system (E2E process) successfully.3) Improved the rating of customer review significantly and got hundreds of million yuan saving;3) built up after-sales quality service team and mechanism in USA and EU successfully from zero;
