Plan, administer and review the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunication systems within organizations. Tasks Includes:- Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.- Prepare and manage the department budget- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.- Manage multiple areas of technology.- Oversee hiring, staffing, training, disciplining and performance appraisals.- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements- Manage internal/external application upgrades.- Define and improve all system and network operations processes.- Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.- Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans.- Manage external vendors’ relationships and services.

Responsibilities:- Conduct full system development life cycle on in-house application projects delivering system solutions from business process requirements.- Programming in-house systems using ASP, Ms. SQL 2000, Ms. Access 2000- Maintaining and administrating Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2000, Active Directories ,Windows 2003 and 2000 servers - Ensuring smooth operation of existing systems and network (LAN, WIFI)- Providing helpdesk support to end user on in-house solutions.- Ensuring system and network protection against viruses, spams and any other forms of attacks - Supporting end user on other software, hardware and network issues. - Conducting end user training on new and existing system.
