EMC Experience:-Assist to technical director in define and determine EMC requirements as per contract-Assist in conduct EMC assessment, review and response to comments-Assist in product EMC compliance verification and validation-Interpretation of EMC standards and specifications-Conduct technical evaluation and risk assessment for EMC and SARAMS Experience:-Conduct qualitative assessment (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment)-Demonstration on reliability, availability and maintainability -Assess MTTR. MTBF modelling-Reliability block diagram modelling.-Availability demonstration to ensure the system is able to work as intended within the time period-Assist in system safety compliance verification and validation-Prepare System Assurance and RAMS documentation-Conduct internal audit and QA/QC review -Conduct job hazard analysis-Conduct FMECA and risk assessment in railway-Conduct HAZOP to identify possible hazards in railway

• Own the creation and revision of test documentation.• Responsible for optimizing the impact of processes on the bushiness's results especially for production costs, factory throughput and delivery as well as product quality and performance.• Close, cooperative working relationship with contractor manufacturer, other production engineers, mechanical engineers and engineering manager.• To focus on supporting production shipments through problem solving of existing processes with continuing optimization and improvement project. - Work with mechanical engineers to review and revise specification or propose process changes when required.• Work with test engineers to improve the test methodology that able to filter production failure before product reached customer.• Lead the resolution of product problems. Especially where these problems affect production deliveries, yield, product quality and/or production cost.• Perform failure analysis to identify root cause for customer failure and resolved it with corrective action • Initiate Kaizen and Lean project to reduce production unnecessary waste and cost savings• Run simulation program to simulate product performance and carrier out evaluation for product improvement

Responsibilities:• Support for all phase of NPI product testing in a high volume two way radios manufacturing facility• Program test station by using NI Labview and Teststand software• Maintaining product quality by monitoring and improving product yield performance to achieve goal• Setup for new test station and validating the stability by performing repeatability test • Involving in technology transfer project to company branches located at overseas• Debug and troubleshoot for test station related issues such as retest pass issue or station down by finding the root cause• Directed and exercised control over operational, functional and performance phases of tests• Cooperate with Mechanical team to ensure the design and functions of test fixtures are always operating well and meet safety requirements.Experiences gained:• Working in production environment which unexpected situation and changes will happen anytime • Work together as a team to resolve issues with limited time and resources
