I created and run People Deliver Projects. We help our clients to grow people capability - Leadership, collaboration, stakeholder relationships, team performance. My story...I've worked with 130 organisations, across all sectors, just passed 1000 client assignments. Looking back, after a variety of project roles, I 'grew up' in the hard yards of factory management, then learned (and rejected) lots in the flawed world of big consulting. I have since created and run two innovative consulting businesses. Purpose...I've led projects and change all my career. I love projects, but am sceptical of the obsession with methodology and the latest consultant's thing. I did that work - Ultimately it was disappointing. Projects are about the people who deliver them and process should be just enough for people to get the job done. I believe performance comes from leadership, relationships and culture, built in one place; conversations.
