My team and I participate in Skience product implementations on Salesforce for larger customers where custom solutions are needed to properly integrate our product into their enterprise ecosystem. This includes practices around business architecture, functional analysis, and QA testing, as well as working with the sales and technical teams on framing up solutions for new statements of work.

During my time as a Solutions Architect, I specialized in enterprise projects with multi-application integration needs. The first 2 years of my architect role focused on Private Banking and Retail Investments projects, and then added responsibilities focused on our Digital/Omni program, which led the bank in a transformation effort to an agile project methodology while delivering new capabilities to the business.

My first 3 years at the bank I served as a Service Delivery Manager, originally for the Trust Operations systems area, and later for the BSA/AML and Fraud systems area. As part of that role I had a team of developers, analysts, project managers, and QA team members who reported to me. My team delivered projects to build/enhance systems in these spaces, and also provided run-the-engine operational support.

As a TCM in the Corporate Digital/Internet space I served as a subject matter expert for internet capabilities in the Private Banking, Enterprise Customer Profile, and Retail Investments spaces and led project teams thru any efforts that required changes to these capabilities. Customer Profile focus areas included Enterprise Segmentation, Authorized Contacts for Private Banking/Commercial/Business Banking, International customer profiles, KYC/AML impacts, and Sanctioned Screening (i.e. OFAC) impacts. Key role highlights included:- Leading project managers and business contacts thru long-term visions and scoping and requirements discussions on specific projects to work towards those visions.- Framing up technical concept documents based on business asks and leading resource owners thru estimation of those concepts.- Leading project teams thru the creation of business requirements documents for approved projects, ensuring requirements are viable before proceeding. Conflict resolution when multiple business areas have different requirements touching the same capability.- Creating high-level technical approach documents used by developers, systems analysts, customer experience teams, operations teams, and QA testers as the blueprint for the project and staying engaged to ensure team members are learning and understanding the approaches.- Reviewing and approving technical specification documents based on the approach to ensure agreement with the overall approach. Consultation on design-related issues.- Creating and maintaining capabilities documentation that can be referenced after projects are completed.

I worked in the corporate internet group that supports JPMorganOnline.com and Chase.com and created stategic technical roadmaps, negotiated business requirements, and designed the implementation for projects that brought new functionality to these websites. My main focus was dealing with servicing for Investment accounts (brokerage, trust, mutual funds, and annuities) and enterprise profile and segmentation logic, with some coverage in Commercial and Retail banking as well.During my time on the architecture team I served as the technical lead for internet-facing impacts on several major platform conversions/migrations, including:- Brokerage - Pershing to National Financial (Fidelity)- Trust - SEI Trust to Omni- Multiple Investment Proudcts - Bankone and Chase Merger- Brokerage - National Financial to Bear Stearns (now known as JPMorgan Securities)

I worked in the IT department that supported the Investment Management Group and worked on projects that designed and rolled out new systems for employees in this department.
