My goal is to extend supply chain models to include communication assets through implementation of intelligently engineered products and processes. I lead a team of communication supply chain experts that work to uncover operational efficiencies surrounding the way those assets are produced, updated, shared, and stored internally, among vendors, strategic partners and customers. We deploy and manage custom workflow solutions that leverage an ever-changing technology landscape to eliminate waste and as a result, drive bottom line revenue. With more than 30 years of senior management and leadership expertise I recognize the strategic value of an organization’s communication supply chain and how it integrates with the extended enterprise from supplier – through the firm – to the customer.
