I started out working as a helper at All American Classics, a local wrecking yard, at age 14 disassembling vehicles and components, helping in the body shop and shipping parts. I continued to work there throughout my high school career. Shortly out of high school I went to work as a Fusion welder and fabricator for Familian Industrial Plastics in Washougal, WA. I later moved on to Vancouver Bolt & Supply, a well-known industrial fastener and supply house in Vancouver, WA. I worked my way up from packaging fasteners to store manager and eventually into an outside sales position where I continued to develop good relationships with customers and gain more experience in customer service and account management. In 2001 an opportunity became available to come to work at Precision Equipment Inc. as an account and project manager for industrial machine work, mechanical and hydraulic repair. This was a natural fit as I had some mechanical aptitude and growing up my Dad was a successful automotive machinist and engine builder. This background gave me solid foundations and an understanding of machining processes and mechanical assemblies. I have continued to support local industry and manufacturing over the years working at PEI. We have and incredibly skilled team and have developed a reputation for quick response, unparalleled quality and service to our customers.
