Current• Designs and hosts a unified learning path consisting of foundational onboarding content automatically assigned through the LMS, a SME-led onboarding program focused on company people/products/culture, and a series of harmonized development programs for line-level employees, aspiring managers, and experienced people leaders with an emphasis on unconscious bias, active listening, strategic thinking, inclusive communication, conflict resolution, positive mindset, and more. • Orchestrates onboarding for all new hires, averaging >200 employees annually with an average NPS of 81.• Primary professional development content creator and instructor for ~3,000 employees, across three operating companies, delivered through a combination of e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual gatherings, and in-person sessions with an average NPS of 85.• Designs and maintains a robust mentorship program for >300 employees across three operating companies accelerating networking and mutual growth for employees at every level.• Expanded data analytics program from <10 to >1,300 employees annually.• Provided the blueprint for effective and automated onboarding programs at two sister companies.
