DPC is a service delivery organisation committed to the provision of high level customer service and the delivery of quality services professionally that are valued by citizens, the community and government.The ICT Service Delivery and Transition Manager reports to the Director, ICT Operations, and works closely with the DPC senior leadership group, ICT supported Agency customers, ICT stakeholders both internal and external, and governance groups to recognise and develop opportunities for improved services, and to facilitate solutions that best meet the operational requirements of the business.

As an ICT Account Manager (AM) I'm responsible for assisting clients to achieve their business goals through the strategic use of ICT services. This requires high-level advocacy on behalf of clients, made possible through the development of a comprehensive understanding of the clients business. As an ICT AM I take an active role in facilitating the planning and development of business initiatives and practices that ensure and enhance the quality of ICT services to Shared Services SA clients. This role includes working with business, ICT stakeholders and governance committees to recognise, provide advice and develop opportunities for improved service delivery and to undertake appropriate consultancy work relating to strategic and operational use of ICT Services.The ICT AM function reports to the Manager, ICT Client Services and works closely with the Shared Services SA senior management group. The ICT AM acts as a focal point for operational and strategic issues and enhances and strengthens relationships between Business and ICT Services. Additionally, the ICT AM provides specialist advice and expertise to Shared Services SA clients and consults with senior managers across Shared Services SA, other Government Agencies or jurisdictions and performing third party suppliers.
