ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Implement Group the IT Strategy & Business Plan.Lead the coordinated delivery of the development and enhancement of the IT Network, Cyber Security, Application and Unified Comms to maximize their efficiency and to ensure that they support the businesses operations and achievement of its plans for growthLead and Manage the IT team to ensure that all IT Systems are available, maintained and perform to agreed standards and that the Group’s annual IT budget( currently £550k) is not exceeded without prior approval to the Exec Board.Manage the Performance, Maintenance and Development of the Business’ ICT Network “on-prem” and “off-prem”.Ensure that the Backup & DR System is in place so that there is Business Continuity of the ICT Services in the event of a disaster.Ensure that when purchasing IT assets or solution compiled that the best value for money asset or solution is procured on favourable commercial terms of contract.Lead, Manage and develop ICT team staff in order that it has the capability, skills, attributes and structure to deliver the business needs.Ensure that deadlines are met, the end to end processes are managed and continually improved, that delivery complies with current standards/legislation to meet the operational and budgetary targets of the ICT Strategy/Business Plan, particularly regarding quality, environment, operational delivery, productivity, customer service and profit.Lead Business and Organizational change effectively thereby ensuring performance, productivity and service is maintained and improved.Performing routine audits of systems and software.Writing documentation for ICT Procedures, Policies, Security and Disaster Recovery.Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems.Develop and Manage relationships with key contacts internally and externally to ensure Business targets are met.Prepare the Annual ICT Business Plan/Budget.
