After 7 years of creating models and special effects for Film and TV, I decided to focus on 3D Design for Themeparks, Events, Retail and Leisure.I began working with the Tussaud's Studios Group (now Merlin Entertainments) on "Splash Landings" Resort at Alton Towers modelling versions of the layout, and creating all of the rock-work seen throughout the resort. I also worked on Halloween themeing, "DUEL" at Alton Towers, and "HOPE" Exhibit, for Madame Tussaud's New York.I was commissioned by The Disney Store to design large scale installations for the interiors and exteriors of their flagship stores, including schemes for "The Incredibles", "The Chronicles of Narnia", "The Muppets Halloween Spooktacular", The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Pirates of the Caribbbean" amongst others.Harrods Ltd, also commissioned me to work with them on a number of spectacular seasonal projects throughout the year, including designing their legendary Christmas Grotto. Other clients have included Sarner Ltd, PEL Creative, Battersea Arts Centre, JCB , The Magic Circle, and London Paramount Resorts amongst others.I continue to work with a number of Retail, Themed Attraction and Experiential Events companies to create very exciting things all year around, and look forward to hearing from you!

From August to December 2014, I've been part of the Content Design Team for Phase 1 of the London Paramount Entertainment Resort, establishing the overall Masterplan, and defining the contents of the different lands within the resort.You can see more about the project on the official site here: http://www.londonparamount.info/

In 2005 I began working with Harrods Ltd, London, designing a number of Special Seasonal Projects throughout the year.Amongst many significant projects my main work was designing experiential Christmas Grottos and events, costume and character design, themed merchandise, unusual and innovative display solutions, illustrations and promotional graphics.

I was also commissioned by The Disney Store to theme their windows and exteriors of their flagship stores with large scale character installations, including schemes for "The Incredibles", "The Chronicles of Narnia", "The Muppets Halloween Spooktacular", The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Pirates of the Caribbbean" amongst many.This work was a combination of concept art, creative ideas and scale models to demonstrate and propose ideas.

A busy period working for all 3 companies on a variety of architectural and product prototype modelmaking projects.

Working on the old BBC VISFX site, I produced a mechanical crocodile puppet for a BUPA TV ad, cement face masks for a Frostie's TV ad, and worked as the SFX supervisor on an advert shot in Brussels for Sara Lee cakes.

I worked here sculpting plenty of toy pieces for board games and playsets for Hasbro.

I worked here on many toy prototypes for Action Man, Play-Doh, Barbie, on lots of board games and interactive toys.

Working on miniatures for the Sean Connery movie "Entrapment", I worked on the bridge spanning between the Petronas Towers, in Kuala Lumpur, for the model sequences of the actors scaling the building. The completed building was forty feet high. Great miniature.

More work at my favourite Product Design consultancy, making prototype stair gates, speed cameras, and medical equipment.

SFX Modelmaker on the film "Lost In Space", for which I was responsible for the building of the motion control hero version of the Robinson family's spaceship, the Jupiter 2.I also worked on early concept models of the film's robot, and many of the other spaceships and miniatures required. During this period I was also responsible for some of the miniatures for "The Avengers" movie.

Working on signage and props for the film "Event Horizon", and also top secret concept models for the new Star Wars film,"The Phantom Menace".

Another contract at LA, building accurate industrial prototypes and related design models.

Working on a great deal of Toy Prototypes for Hasbro, including many models of Play-Doh playsets, Barbie accessories, and a great deal of Architectural Modelmaking. I also worked on all of the original planning models of LEGOland Windsor, which included many site survey visits to the old safari park.

Working on models for Yellow Pages advertising hoardings.

I worked here building special effects props for BBC's "BUGS" TV series, which included phials of poisonous venom, robotic insects, and a lethal killer radio prop.

During my time at Artem, I was fortunate to work on many different modelmaking/FX projects. I built models for TV adverts, and also worked on different games for the popular TV series "The Crystal Maze".

Working as part of a small team of modelmakers at this award-winning Product Design Consultancy, I was responsible for the manufacture of accurate product prototypes, often working models with electronics included.These models were used to demonstrate to the clients what the finished product would be, many months before the ideas would actually go into mass production.
