I currently work as a Material Planner for Coty Inc, previously Procter and Gamble (P&G) who were one of the world’s leading Prestige perfume and aftershave manufacturers. I am responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of material components required for effective production plans / schedules, for the manufacturing operation within the English, French and German production sites. I am a key member of a material planning team within a planning service centre whose core responsibility is to develop and execute a material supply plan to deliver benchmark customer service whilst minimising inventory levels and operational costs. I am also responsible for ensuring successful delivery of new initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain projects as well as being a system/ process owner and a key user/ trainer.Current Roles and Responsibilities: Material Planner – 500+ material codes across 15 multinational suppliers  Responsibility of 7 Million Dollars’ worth of inventory Giftset program material planner and SPOC Key user and trainer for E2OPEN – Internal and external OHA owner - Occupational health assessment (Team of approx. 20 people) SAP Master data owner for 12,000+ components across 3 production sites Communication of supply plans daily to suppliers, and working material component issue resolution of issues daily, weekly and monthly both internally and externally to ensure production requirements can be achieved Management of daily customer service risks both internally and externally, identifying critical supply constraints and creating action plans to achieve benchmark customer service results Identified and led a sub team to deliver project work for productivity and simplification which was recognised by the company with a Kaizen award Organised and lead several supplier visits across Europe – Italy, France, Germany In-depth knowledge of the SAP functionality and the supply chain network
