- Improved manufacturing processes through supplying process equipment and consultancy services, implementing industry best practice and ensuring manufacturing met international standards. Supplied services to companies such as: Danisko, Nestle, Bokomo, Unilever, Mars, Coca Cola, Heinz, GSK and Indigo Cosmetics.- Developed excellent working relations with blue chip, corporate and medium to small sized businesses.- Carried out analyses on diverse engineering systems and processes with a view to reducing costs and increasing manufacturing efficiency. - Researched and communicated with prospective clients and provided product presentations. - Learned client and system needs by working closely with the company sales team and engineers, collaborating promotions and customer support.- Designed and implemented aggressive sales plans, identifying sale possibilities and consistently meeting sales targets. - Responsible for building the business, marketing, business development, capital spends/financial outlay and various commercial initiatives in developing the company.- As with PES Manufacturing Equipment Solutions (see above), worked with GlaxoSmithKline and Freddy Hirsch, and also with the addition of other organisations such as Danisko Bakery Supplies (part of the DuPont Group of Companies) and Aspen Pharmacare.- Developed business from a blank canvass, establishing productive relationships with companies that included: Matcon, Korsch, Pester Pac Automation and Hüttlin, (Bosch Packaging).- Provided equipment for the upgrade of solid dosage manufacturing to FDA and MSS standards for GlaxoSmithKline, validating processes and equipment and providing consultancy services; project valued c£5m.
