Operational leader of the AXA Insurance Commercial Liability Claims Department; ensuring adequate control systems, processes, customer journey and claims handling practices are in place to meet regulatory compliance and control indemnity spend. Responsible for development and delivery of the claims proposition by ensuring that appropriate claims handling policies are maintained throughout the business.To deliver day to day leadership of a Liability Claims operation spread across two sites (Bolton and Haverhill). Driving my teams to resolve Personal Injury and Public Liability Property Damage claims at minimum cost, within MOJ deadlines, whilst at the same time fighting fraud through a robust investigation and repudiation strategy, all in line with business goals and operational plans.

Working location independent managing and investigating a caseload of personal injury claims (EL, PL, Disease & Products Liability); managing relationships with key clients; design & implementation of secondment programmes; senior mentor; design & delivery of investigation Best Practice, including a Technical Development Framework; responsibility for Investigation Force training & development.
