I have worked in the financial sector for over 18 years with the last 12 years working in Employee Share Plans. Within this time I have worked in various different roles which have allowed me to build up a wide knowledge base of both the financial and Share Plan sectors. I am very driven and have pushed hard throughout my career to succeed and advance and at the same time always aim to excel in the roles I put myself in. Successfully managing and delivering projects and building both internal and external business relationships are very important to me and I take great pride in my work ethos.I have vast experience of managing multiple, complex, high value & demanding projects for commercial clients. In depth Share Plan project lifecycle knowledge covering initiation, planning, solution delivery, implementation, execution, and closure. Highly successful track record of project managing commercial clients migrating from old Share Plan provider to new provider.Some of my strengths are senior external and internal stakeholder management, managing risk, issues and work prioritisation on a daily basis and a high degree of self-direction, leadership, and motivational skills. I also hold the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
