Former Partner at EY, now leading Indirect Tax (VAT and Global Trade) in Asia for Alvarez and Marsal, my responsibilities can be defined across four key pillars:- Delivery of operational excellence initiatives concerning supply chain, operating model design and performance improvements that drive strategic business growth for our clients operating in the Pan-Asia region. - Advising our clients on how to build a robust indirect tax strategy for profitable growth in the face of vast digital change, and advising on the indirect tax and global trade considerations relevant to cross border digital operating models implemented by both traditional and disruptive companies.- Working to design and implement technology and data supported solutions to optimise indirect tax processes and identify indirect tax saving opportunities.- Pan-Asia wide indirect tax and global trade advisory and transaction diligence engagements, providing my clients with a comprehensive regional solution.
