Responsible for reducing Irwin’s current and future repurchase liability via various recovery methodologies which include but are not limited to; direct customer and third party contact, demand letters, settlement proposals, litigation, and criminal prosecution. Review repurchased and “settled” files, conduct reviews and respond to existing and new repurchase requests, investigate all repurchase related files, and to seek recovery from third parties where appropriate. Engage in negotiation with various parties in an effort to both mitigate potential losses as well as recover funds already paid out.

: responsible for development and maintenance of company loan products within investor and/or credit risk guidelines for secondary market. Serves as relationship manager with loan production sales and operations and liaison to investors. Assist in the development, maintenance/implementation of product and /or process changes. Analyzes database and identifies opportunities for mitigating or minimizing losses (i.e., validating liquidity position) to improve profitability of loans.
