Over a period of 2 years I was fast tracked through the Majestic Wine plc retail management graduate scheme, whereby I assumed a number of positions culminating in management of a retail outlet and responsible for delivering a sales target in excess of £2m.The comprehensive and intensive training programme afforded me the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in wines and spirits leading to me gaining the WSET level 3 advanced certificate.
