• Iterated 5+ designs to achieve performance targets for a custom linear actuator to reduce machine height by 20%, decrease cycle time by 80% and withstand 500,000 actuation. Prototyped using 3DP & custom modified COTS parts• Led end‐to‐end design of a part rotation system to locate and print in empty areas with 95% accuracy. Optimized using an internal ring gearing to decrease overall size, and architectured camera vision firmware in Python & C++• Innovated on a machine‐critical bearing component by optimizing materials with PTFE, to meet client durabilitystandards, and reduced friction by 300% to increase travel speeds, stability, and smoothness• Worked on and managed a full iteration of a multi‐axis system in Solidworks PDM, creating engineering drawings using GD&T while coordinating with international suppliers to ensure outsourced component quality

• Designed and fabricated a complaint, clip‐in carbon fiber battery cover using wet layup composite process• Designed a circular pinion gear system utilizing slip rings to allow linear antennas to track UAVs• Disassembled BLDC motors to repair bearings, shafts and stator magnets on a custom build thrust test rig

• Led and oversaw drone production and assembly, maintaining and modernizing a fleet of 25 drones whilst improving existing production and maintenance processes• Modeled a SMD device casing in SolidWorks for data boards and validated its functionality for distribution to clients• Developed test plans and testing rigs for rapid development of a dry film thickness probe, delivering within 3 weeks• Designed and built an acoustic room for existing testing rigs decreasing 30dB of noise during drone certifications
