Responsible for the development and delivery of Management Development activity through 1st line leader programmes, manager induction and on demand support. Responsible for the recruitment of and managing the graduate managers through their graduate scheme. Provide ongoing support to our business partners through a variety of interventions such as workshops, on demand online tools and 1-1 coaching for mid to senior management.

I was one of the trainers that looked after and delivered the training for the estate within Sanctuary. The role supported coached and developed Head Office staff through to those who were dealing with customers on a daily basis, such as Care Support Workers through to Anti-Social Behaviour Support Workers. The training delivered focussed on their personal development and concentrated on Key Management skills such as Delegation, Coaching and Mentoring and Time Management. The role was national and saw me travelling around the country to all offices, care homes and Head Office. I was also part of a small team who designed, delivered and rolled out a brand new customer service initiative that delivered 12 conferences from Exeter to Edinburgh for up to 200 people at a time.
