As the Vice President (VP) of Operations for Aspyn Contractors Group, LLC., I play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of the company's operational activities.This senior leadership position involves a multifaceted set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring operational efficiency, project execution, day-to-day operations, responsible growth, profitability, and overall business success. The mission of SpyCloud is to significantly disrupt the cybercriminal economy to eliminate the loss of money, time, and reputation, and ultimately to make the internet a safer place for individuals and businesses.I am responsible for strengthening partner relationships with key stakeholders and company executives to ensure effective governance of the relationship, protecting SpyCloud’s assets, and maximize the long-term value for SpyCloud, our partners, and their customers. I serve as a champion for our partners to coordinate and execute detailed road maps for go to market strategies to identify and create a plan to achieve mutually agreed upon revenue targets.Collective success is imperative! Reporting to the Board of Directors, I am responsible for the day-to-day business operations of a revolutionary data security company. Grew the company through a maturation phase to prepare for product releases, client onboarding, business scalability, and customer support. The role includes compliance, HR, operations, personnel, risk, production support, government contracts / awards, and contracting. • Created a culture focused on inspiring a diverse and geographically dispersed team of brilliant people focused on collective success who are passionate about innovation and data security. • Leader and primary administrator of the HR department for the application of industry best practices for recruiting, interviews, hiring, compliant onboarding, results driven performance, training, and career growth.• Payroll processing, state, local, and federal tax administration, employment regulation compliance, annual mandatory training administration, R&D tax credit expense designation and reporting, 3rd party vendor management, contract controller.• Selected and contracted with a SOC 2 compliance vendor and performed a six-month SOC 2 Type 1 audit that resulted in the creation and implementation of industry best practices in data privacy and security including – Risk Management / Assessment / Mitigation, Logical Access Controls, Data and Resource Protection Plan, IT Security and Use Policy, Corporate Data Policy, Corporate Change Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, Personnel Policies and Procedures. Leading quarterly oversight and sustained compliance to guidelines and standards. • Leader of the Customer Support department that transitions clients out of initial production go-live, and through ongoing maintenance and support. • Creation, application and upkeep of company procedures, processes, policies, personnel folders, insurance, facilities, best practices, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Responsible for leading teams that build and maintain instant decisioning solutions for the assignment of credit, fraud detection, prescreen-of-one, cross-sell, and authentication. Develop new revenue opportunities from additional lines of business with existing clients by uncovering opportunities for automation or expansion of services into new markets.• Created and maintained KPIs relative to profitability, on-time product delivery, solution quality, estimates vs. actuals, and productivity of team members relative to company goals.• Champion of the Agile development methodology leading teams to be more responsive, deliver solutions faster in a more iterative manner, and more effectively manage cost and resources.• Simultaneously led multiple teams of project managers, business analysts, engineers, and quality assurance SDET’s assigned to major clients in the banking and retail space developing highly customized software solutions that pull data from 3rd parties on applicants / clients to process through complex logic to generate instant decisions for the assignment of credit.• Collaborated with colleagues to draft, test, and apply resource optimization strategies to better position the company to achieve company profitability and productivity goals. Analyzed resource allocations of over 100 employees. Used the data to assess the success, or need to fine-tune numerous strategies relative to billable and non-billable productivity, resource capacity, and project and company profitability. Identified opportunities to generate more revenue from new and existing clients as well as capacity to address critical internal initiatives.

Developed international outreach programs partnering with NGOs, foundations, service organizations, and foreign governments to enable the execution of agreements to domestically manufacture thousands of specialized pediatric wheelchairs for severely disabled children in less resourced countries. Leader and administrator of all business operations, risk, HR, fundraising, marketing, logistics, financial audits, compliance, grant / award, budgets, business development, sourcing, and procurement.• Created the marketing campaign and marketing assets to enable an urgent fundraising campaign to secure adequate funding to extend the company through a major grant and government contracting campaign. • Developed strategic relationships with foundations and service organizations to draft topics of interest, alignment of goals, developed partnerships in less resourced countries, wrote dozens of strategic plans and grant proposals with an acceptance rate of roughly 35%, organized and led groups of physical therapists and volunteers throughout the world to perform seating and positioning clinics to custom fit pediatric wheelchairs to the specific needs of each child or young adult. • Created strategies, partnerships, financial audits, registered for federal awards, structured the company for eligibility, and crafted the proposal and budget that resulted in a $750,000 award from USAID to perform operations in Iraq and Morocco for 3 years. • Partnered with a onsite contractor in Mosul, Iraq to collaborate with the United States Armed Forces to deliver over 2,000 wheelchairs to Iraqi children as a “Hearts and Minds” outreach mission. As a result of these missions US soldiers reported a significant drop in IED’s and ordinance directed at them when returning to outreach areas.• Recognized by USAID as one of the world’s 32 key stakeholders in wheelchair service and product provision for disabled people in less resourced countries.
