Managing the Risk and Safety System (Datix).

• Project manager and technical lead for the relaunch of Datix and trust wide implementation of Datix at the service. London Ambulance Service (LAS) was placed in special measures in 2015 following a Care Quality.
• Gathered best practice from other ambulance services that were successfully using DatixWeb to ensure that this was embedded in the design and build of the LAS system.
• Worked with key stakeholders across LAS to ensure that the new system met their needs. This was particularly important as there had been previous attempts to implement DatixWeb at LAS where these stakeholders were not.
• Conducted training needs assessments, developed training plans and training packages and delivered training to ensure that user users across the trust had the skills to use the system.
• Successfully launched the new build of DatixWeb in May 2016, ensuring that the trust met their QIP objective of launching online incident reporting in Quarter 1 of 2016-17.
