Infinian Corporation was a start-up concern in the mobile marketing industry. Its innovative SaaS approach allowed consumer package goods companies (as well as other marketers) to collaborate directly with participating retailers to deliver customer offers via mobile and the web. Infinian secured only limited venture funding and exited the supermarket industry seeking quicker ROI in less competitive channels. The company has since dissolved.

Transitioned to In-Store Media from an in-store video advertising format to CPG manufacturer coupon distributor on retailer private label brands. > recruited and managed production teams, retailer and FMCG account teams> Relaunched the company, including developing new systems and procedures, recruiting and managing sales, production, and operations teams. > Wrote a new business plan, secured additional financing of $1.5MM and redirected the sales focus from local to national accounts.

At the time, Catalina was the leader in CPG marketing promotions in top US supermarkets (15,000+when I left). During a 13 year career spanning the highest growth period of the industry leading marketing promotions company from start up to over $450 million in sales. Through various VP roles I led teams in Retail, Loyalty Marketing, Sales, Product Development and other disciplines.> Drove expansion of the Catalina retailer base including for the first time outside the supermarket channel with a multi-year contract to install Super Kmart> Directed retail marketing, sales and operations across more than 50 major retailers, including setting up operations in eight states supporting over 5,000 stores with a a team of over 125.> Led development for Catalina Loyalty Marketing Services, led a team analyzing and assisting retail clients with profitably using transactional data to drive their business results.
