Regional control for overseas subsidiary (Malaysia/Indonesia/Vietnam/Myanmar)- Support Group Finance Manager to review Malaysia subsidiary financial performance, budget monitoring (Actual vs Budget), cost and variance analysis. Review vendor & invoice financing payment prior to submission for Director approval- Supervise Indonesia subsidiary team members in preparation of financial statement & management reports (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, Working In-Progress (WIP), fixed asset and supporting schedules); Cashflow forecast & budget monitoring and review expenditure.- Work with consultant for Vietnam/Myanmar entities monthly book keeping, statutory submission and compliance matters - Liaise with Tax consultant for transfer pricing, Withholding tax (WHT) related issueResponsible for full set of accounts for Singapore holding company- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, monthly journal entries, loan & FOREX revaluation- Inter-company transactions and reconciliation- Interim & year-end statutory audit supporting schedule - Prepare annual corporate tax return, responsible for XBRL submission

Central Singapore

- Responsible for both General and Project Account (AP/AR/GL), journal entries, fixed asset and other balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation.- Prepare monthly financial statements & consolidated management report- Review Subcon (S/C) and vendor payments before submit for approval; Verify S/c Letter of Award (LA) and reconcile/resolve discrepancies- Prepare bi-weekly fund allocation request for transfer from HQ; Cash flow projection & monitoring expenditure- Handle and process petty cash claim, staff expenses claim, and Senior Manager Float (SMF)- Letter of credit (LC) application, liaise with Banker’s Trade Finance Operation to facilitate trade documents collections and GST payment for custom clearance- Review and submit GST return for approval- Assist with preparation of statutory, internal and adhoc audits- Inter-company transactions and reconciliations

- Responsible for full spectrum of company accounting; Payables, receivables, journal entries, petty cash, bank reconciliation, audit schedules, quarterly GST returns- Responsible for full spectrum of company procurement. Ensure smooth flow of purchasing procedures and compliance with policy; Maintain good relationship with major distributors and suppliers- Other ad-hoc office administrative matters

- Develop and maintain both new and existing customer accounts- Meeting with client to discuss and exploring potential business opportunities- Analyze and develop sales strategies to increase clientele base - Perform cold calling to introduce company and gather potential new customer contacts- Assist in the development of new marketing plans- Liaise with customer for course enrolment, gather feedback/evaluation after course completed- Other adhoc administrative tasks
