23 artists came together to make a show in the 13th Century Bell Tower in central Hackney curated and organised by Degrees of Freedom.

Working as a collaborative artist with a group of artists brought together by Degrees of Freedom to explore the contradictions inherent in the Brexit position through creating an ironic, provocative, gallery environment.

Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre

6 artists spent 5 days together exploring and creating art in the specific site of Hornsey Town Hall, built in the 1930's. The theme that we grappled with was the question of the Now. At the present time we are working on putting together an exhibition in 2016 of the work we did during those 5 days . The work encompasses video, sound installation, 3D, and painting. Responded to an urgent invitation to provide a bespoke design for an HR procedure. This was to facilitate the restructuring and selection process that was occurring in Haringey's OD department. I delivered a highly successful outcome within an eight-day period.

Invited to work with a variety of individuals and groups by the new management team in the wake of the Baby P tragedy. I helped them to address issues of lack of confidence, poor morale, under-performance and habitually conflictual ways of dealing with colleagues.

I am an associate consultant with Solace. Over a six-year period I facilitated action learning sets for Directors and Assistant Directors of children's services in London as part of Solace's work with local authorities.

The project involved working with a team in trouble. I used a variety of methods : you can read an account of this piece of work in my article "Through a Glass Darkly" in the journal " Attachment" 2008, no 3.
