Solace in Business (SiB), formerly Solace Enterprises Limited, is the commercial services arm of Solace, and is a well established and successful consultancy specialising in supporting the public sector. Solely owned by Solace, Solace in Business operates commercially on `not-for-profit` business principles, reinvesting any surplus income to fund public sector research, policy development and promoting the high level skills training needed to be a modern manager in public service.
Although initially specialising in local government SiB have for a number of years worked right across the public sector providing resourcing, development and organisational consultancy to a wide range of organisations. Customers of SiB include local councils, health trusts, police, fire and rescue, housing voluntary sector organisations and private sector service providers.
Our experience in local government is second to none and we have supported all types of councils across the UK.
