I was elected as a Trustee of the Wycombe Wanderers Foundation in early 2019. I represent the Foundation on the Football Club's Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding Working Group.

I was a highly successful Business Development Manager for this public sector consultancy, in the South East, from 2006 to 2010 and continue to work with them on a number of consultancy projects including technical assessment work with appointment panels, coaching and mentoring, and research..

I specialise in interim management, mentoring and coaching, training in local government, town planning and development, mediation, probity and investigations. My experience in the public sector ensures that my clients have confidence in my ability to produce effective solutions which add value. From July 2005 to January 2016 I was Managing Director of Peter Lerner Consultancy Limited.

Lane End Primary School

I was until 2014 Vice Chair of Governors of Burford School at Marlow and chaired its Community Committee and Premises Development Working Group. My specialities included Special Educational Needs and Equalities / Cohesion. I served as a Governor representative to the Buckinghamshire Schools Forum in 2009 until January 2014. From 2016 to date I have been a Governor at Lane End Primary School. I have been Governor for Safeguarding and for Equalities, and am currently Governor for SEN and Behaviour. I also serve as Vice-Chair of the Governing Body.It is an enormous pleasure to be part of the community of this excellent village School.

I enjoyed being Chair of the Buckinghamshire Schools Governance Board between February, 2021 and May 2022.

I was invited to join the Executive of the Buckinghamshire Association of School Governors in March 2019, continuing to May 2022, and greatly enjoyed contributing to Schools Governance in the County.

I was a Director of Wycombe Wanderers Trust, the owners of 25% of the football club and all of Adams Park, from 2018 to 2021. I remain active on community issues, such as the Disabled Supporters Group, the All Quarters Project, and Mental Health Awareness campaign.

Bolton

I was a Senior Associate with Trevor Roberts Associates specialising in workshops for elected members, which I have delivered in over 50 local authorities. I have also undertaken a major piece of consultancy via Trevor Roberts Associates, for Watford Borough Council, including a confidential investigation. TRA ceased trading in 2020 but I remain active in this field.
