On leaving RSA, I joined Customer Essential as an Associate, having worked with Liz Machtynger on Customer Management projects in RSA. Having now retired from full time employment, I am recommencing work with Liz on developing new customer and project management propositions to build on the success of our proven Customer Navigator tool which is more fully described on the Customer Essential website.

Managing Change and Operations for RiverStone Insurance Ltd UK Claims team (formerly Brit Insurance Ltd UK Claims). Programme Manager for Strategic and Operational Change in respect of all classes of UK Claims in the development of the Target Operating Model for integrating RIL UK into the specialist run off claims business and working with IT Applications and Infrastructure teams to integrate/migrate claims and finance systems.

As an associate I worked with a panel of clients comprising both insurance brokers and underwriting MGAs to provide Compliance advice and support, within the framework of Insurance Compliance Services technical governance, as well as carrying out both compliance and coverholder audits for ICS clients.

I was a project manager working with the team responsible for establishing the new Global Technical Academy, which was set up to attract, develop and retain technical talent globally. After we had successfully transitioned the programme into business as usual, I became Technical Capability Development Leader responsible for one region, namely Emerging Markets, and one technical community, i.e. Actuarial.

I was responsible for leading workstreams that ensured that the new commercial claims system was operational when launched (Solution Integrity). I was responsible for leading a team of handlers from various claims disciplines and for stakeholder management to UK Executive level internally, as well as in respect of external customers

Responsible for key National Broker strategic relationships in UK, as well as those of the major international brokers in Europe. Responsible for developing new sales processes and prospect pipeline for the Global & Risk Managed segment.

I managed the project team responsible for restructuring Commercial Insurance commission, broker agreements & profit share agreements, as well as implementing new guidelines around the application of the company's premium payment instalment plan for commercial risks. The project delivered significant year on year benefits, and was delivered on schedule and under budget.

Responsible for leading commercial business development via intermediaries in continental Europe, including Scandinavia. was responsible for the strategic relationship management of key international brokers and led the European Distribution Practice, which I also represented as a member of the worldwide distribution practice team.

Responsible for developing commercial intermediated business in Latin America, working via team of regional development underwriters. I was responsible for the strategic relationship management of key international brokers, and also represented the region on the global distribution practice team.
