As Head of Data Analytics I have been at the forefront of providing detailed contextual analysis for the Directors of the Board, as well as for the heads of the sales teams. I have continued to monitor and ensure the upkeep of the media contracts and the process for recording and reporting on the additional Income.Responsibilities:- To provide daily reporting insights for the heads of departments as to how they are performing against both the budget and the monthly Sales and Income targets.- To produce a monthly analysis and report, detailing the spend within the large number of media contracts and use a number of forecast models to predict the annual contract income.- To work with complex data sets to provide a detailed analysis of the total spend and income generated across the group, highlighting any significant changes to the CEO and Media Director.e for producing regular detailed insights for Media Director and the Board.- Undertake quarterly and year end analysis of group press suspense accounts, and to reconcile to the media contracts report.Key Achievements:- In my time managing the rebate process, I have introduced the regular monthly reconciliation of the monthly figures with the media to ensure that the bookings have been correctly entered onto the system and that the maximum income has been generated.- I have ensured that all rebates earned within the quarter have been fully collected within the agreed target of 60 days of the end of the quarter.- Created a reporting system enabling the sales teams to monitor when the additional income has been taken, and how much is left to be utilised.- Provided the Media Director with detailed reports to aid with the negotiation of new media contracts.- Worked alongside the sales depts and the board members to undertake the half-yearly reforecast of the budgets, based on trend analysis.

Director to effectively manage the details across a large number of departments.
