-RAF Photographer of the Year Winner- Captured time critical engineering photography for investigative reporting either on-location or in the studio.- Photographed numerous news events featured in national & local publications such as The Guardian.- Ran a large format and minilab printing department, streamlining work processes and raising quality output through customer education.- Worked in a wet film 'Aerial Reconnaissance' unit meeting tight deadlines for Police Service Northern Ireland. Responsibilities included - chemical maintenance, film developing, scanning, and print production.- Coordinated numerous group photographs in excess of 100 people. Planning, time management, & strong communication skills were paramount. Selected to photograph the group shot with the Queen when she visited RAF Marham.- Mentored junior staff when they arrived at the department, helping to build their confidence & assisted in their transition from training.

- Worked as a Single Point of Contact, building relationships with administrators from Corporate pension schemes, answering queries through letters, emails, and telephone.- Worked on the customer service help desk for the Personal pension schemes, dealing directly with customers over the phone.
