Established links with One Performance Outcome as Senior Consultant Pera Technology2011- Looking for a new challenge, I conceived the idea of creating a disruptive New Product Development and New Technology Services business offering, aimed at winning business from Pera’s ‘non-customers’, specifically global enterprises. 2009- Promoted to Director, Technical Delivery for the whole of Pera Technology, leading 100+ staff and a portfolio of 120 NPD projects.2007- Promoted through to Materials Divisional Director with P&L responsibility for four business units with a headcount of 60+ employees and turnover in excess of £6m.2005- Strategic move away from manufacturing into consultancy services, joining Pera Innovation to head up the Polymers Practice business unit.AlphaGary Ltd1996- Moved to AlphaGary Ltd as UK sales Manager and onto European Sales Manager, responsible for all UK field sales staff and a number of European based distributors.Dunlop1995- Promoted to a business development role.1994- Career commenced in New Product Development at Dunlop Precision Rubbers. 1993-De Montfort University 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Industrial Business Systems.
