This position worked closely with a representative in each location ensuring the relationships with our non profit partners we had developed, were being maintained and satisfied. This included coordinating and participating in numerous opportunities to volunteer, hold events, execute donation drives, create overall public awareness and collaborate within the community with 80 amazing organizations across 6 states. Other responsibilities were to oversee the expansion and overall development of the marketing campaigns on a brand wide scale, including minimizing and controlling abuses as expansion continued. This development also included maintaining efforts to assess the campaigns to determine what was continuing to drive revenue and enhance any opportunities based on data collected. The Grassroots Marketing Coordinator worked with General Managers and Regional Managers to ensure the success of grassroots marketing efforts while compiling results to present in a bi-monthly report. .
