Founded UpSkillr with the goal of bringing the most accessible open source low code / no code Software Platform (Salesforce) to wider audiences who could benefit most from learning new and in-demand skills. Supported by custom built AI tools, UpSkillr's novel "Experience Architecture" trains future and current professionals in live, simulated scenarios that deliver the highest possible impact within a learning environment.

Oversaw the roll-out of Salesforce Apprenticeships nationwide, beginning with Chicago and Oakland.

Led the design and implementation of the Salesforce Apprenticeship Program. Created a dedicated and repeatable framework for future cohorts as Bitwise Industries expanded its operations nationwide. Managed a cohort of 13 apprentices through a combined 26,000 hours of on-the-job training. Certifications achieved by the cohort during this period included: Salesforce Professional Associate, Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Manage and optimize the Avature CRM platform. Focus areas include user permissions / security configuration, process development and workflow optimization, data integrity / system stability, regular training sessions, managing troubleshooting and enhancement request tickets.

Working with a variety of mission driven and non profit organizations to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce platforms. Supporting customization of the platform across fundraising, grant making, program management, and all stripes of non profit operations and activities. Operations and Project Management Specialist focusing on energy and environment oriented clients supporting concept and product development.

Created a highly structured environment designed to service those within the organization selling PECI products and services.
