Recruited to Macalester College in Fall 2016 to build and grow the institution's new Parent & Family giving program. Responsibilities included: development of strategies to maximize parent & family engagement with the college; created a visual identity for parent & family giving and a strong communication strategy to reach this stakeholder group; management of the Macalester Parent Council - including leading an evolution and re-envisioning of the group primary objectives and roles; cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of parent & family donors; key partnerships with internal stakeholders in Student Affairs, Academics, Career Development, Athletics and more.

Worked with Global Rights for Women from April 2015 in a consulting capacity and took on the organization as a primary client in January 2016 to lead, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive Development and Communication strategies for Global Rights for Women. Highlights include: researching and launching an efficient donor database and associated systems for the nonprofit; creation of a communication plan and brand identity; planning and management of annual fundraising event which raised over 200k and featured feminist icon Gloria Steinem; coaching with Executive Director, Board, and Development Committee on fundraising and communications best practices.
