Department head for the stations accounting, financial and HR functions.Leads a team that is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of KSTP-TV, LLC and KST-TV, LLC. This includes, general ledger accounting, client billing and collections.Lead and manage the station’s operating budgeting process.Monitor budget to actual performance throughout the year. Review, evaluate, and approve all station expenses.Revenue summary, forecasting and cost-analysis reporting.Monitor and enforce the application of a wide-range of administrative policies including personnel-related and company policies.Create, develop and implementation of internal controls.Problem solver.
