I am currently a member of the senior leadership team for Impact International with my main focus on ensuring the solutions we design and deliver for our partner clients are as good as they possibly can be. Much of my time is taken meeting customers and co-creating architecture and delivery of strategic, leadership, team and personal learning and development solutions on an international basis. My work has taken me across Europe, ASPAC and the USA. I am currently focusing on issues relating to the specific challenges facing organisations relating to the unique set of challenges we face at the start of this century. My background is both in people and science so the combination of hearts and minds and hard science on tackling global issues has finally fallen into place. I knew there was a reason for that earth science degree! I am creating sustainable and regenerative solutions for clients as part of Impact's commitment to partnering on complex challenges that we all face.My experience as a general manager of an organisation that achieved high status in the great places to work benchmark and best companies helps me relate to the challenges of many people in various organisations.
