The City of Springfield has a number of public art initiatives, outreach projects, and community grants. As a commissioner, I work within a team of individuals who are passionate about the arts. Our goal is to help artists within our community promote their works, and connect with the public at large. We manage a number of projects:- Coordinate, promote and award art grants for community projects. All of these are in the public's interest and encourage engagement with various groups. - Manage a rotating gallery art space with monthly openings. - Sale and management of public art.- Promote city art projects and events.

My role is not only to produce great design (which includes branding and logo exercises, retail/customer audits, retail interior design, fixture design, layout, manufacturing oversight and more), but also manage a library of thousands of commercial materials. I work with product representatives to make sure our products are unique, applicable and up to date so our design team can work to our high standards of excellence.

My work includes advertisement design, implementation of new marketing strategies, market research, professional digital photography and social media implementation. New marketing research led me present a series of new strategies that are now in the process of design and/or implementation. I have done background research into our current strategies as well in order to improve the look and popularity of our websites. I have raised current viewership our virtual home tours by more than 262% (as of 10/31/2011) by applying new strategies for marketing, search engine optimization and video production. Our team is the best choice for real estate sales in and around the Eugene, OR area. My work has helped to spread the word of our great services!

Gaining experience in a dynamic design environment to create retail spaces for clients. Tasks included digital rendering, material board creation and project concept generation/development.
