Joining Convergys (then known as Cincinnati Bell Information Systems) from AT&T, was responsible for architecting next generation cellular billing systems, then led business development to sell the new technology in the United States, then later in Europe.* Led business development teams that won new wireless startup operators: PrimeCo PCS and AirTouch Pay-In-Advance, signing multi-year contracts totaling over $100M. (These operators were later acquired by Verizon.)* Led the team in Europe that won a multi-year $50M+ contract with Orange France (a subsidiary of France Telecom.)* Grew European operations through acquisitions - integrating both new products and the software professionals supporting the products.

Held positions of increasing responsibility at Bell Laboratories and AT&T Information Systems, including:* Led business development team exploring applications of AT&T software and touch screen technology in Financial Information Systems.* Led software development team that created AT&T Clinical Information Systems that were trailed in New York City's Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center using AT&T touch screen prototypes.* Led development of PBX-interface software for a remote maintenance and administration system for AT&T's digital PBX line.
